Shipping Policy

Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days, depending on the product type and fulfillment partner. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the product and fulfillment location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at help@frontiersouvenirs.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the fulfillment partner to resolve it.
